How Who Is Niladri handles information and the rules that apply to this website, its browser apps, professional services and shop.

What this covers

This notice covers whoisniladri.com, its browser-based workspaces, professional-service forms, the Shop and related account, document, support and order functions.

Information you choose to provide

Depending on the feature, this may include your name, email, account profile, saved workspace content, uploaded files, booking or enquiry details, delivery address, phone number, order details, support messages and security-report material. Do not place passwords, banking credentials, authentication codes or information you are not authorised to use into any form or workspace.

Information created through use

Basic technical and security records may be generated to keep the site reliable, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Payment providers return identifiers, amount, currency and status; Who Is Niladri does not receive your CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.

How information is used

Provide accounts, saved documents, enquiries, bookings, orders, delivery, returns and support.
Secure the services, detect misuse, troubleshoot problems and meet legal or accounting duties.
Respond to messages and, where you choose to engage, continue a conversation through the on-site HubSpot chat.

Service providers

Information is shared only as needed with hosting, authentication and database providers, HubSpot for forms and chat, payment providers, fulfilment or courier partners, and email or messaging infrastructure. Each provider handles data under its own terms and safeguards.

Retention

Saved workspace content remains until you remove it or the account is closed, subject to backups and security needs. Support records are normally retained for up to 24 months after closure. Order, invoice, tax, fraud and chargeback records may be retained for up to eight years where required. Technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and reliability.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you, or ask a privacy question, by emailing hello@whoisniladri.com. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where law, tax, fraud prevention or a dispute requires retention.

Using the site

You may use the public website and available tools for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe systems without written authorisation, upload malicious code, impersonate another person or use content you do not have permission to use.

Browser apps and generated material

QBRs, policies, security reports, cost models, workflows, resumes and other generated material are working drafts. You remain responsible for review, accuracy, approvals and decisions made from them. Vulnerability records come from public sources and may change; validate affected versions, exploitability and remediation against authoritative vendor guidance.

Security work

Security Studio is for defensive and authorised work. Only assess assets you own or have explicit permission to test. Reports and policies do not constitute certification, legal advice or a guarantee that a system is secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Who Is Niladri the limited right to process it only to provide, secure and support the requested service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Shop

An order is accepted after payment verification and confirmation, subject to stock, serviceability, fraud review and supplier availability. Made-to-order items can show minor screen, print or manufacturing variation. Damaged, incorrect or materially defective items remain covered by the published Shipping & Returns terms and applicable consumer rights. Custom artwork may be rejected if unlawful, unsafe, hateful or infringing.

Availability and liability

Features may change, pause or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, Who Is Niladri is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on draft outputs, third-party data, external links or interrupted availability. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
